I’m not feeling 100% at the moment, so despite not really wanting to head out, it seemed fitting that I was going to see Therapy? It’s been nearly 8 years to the day since I last saw the Irish trio, but they seemed invigorated on stage tonight. Helped perhaps by an absolutely packed and adoring crowd... I can’t remember the last time I saw so many in this venue. I stumbled across the set list before they came on and I’ll admit I was a little underwhelmed. This turned out to be a tease though, the final song on the list ‘Screamager’ was merely the half way mark and the ignition for what was to come. Don’t get me wrong there was some great songs on that list, but follow Screamager with Teethgrinder an extended Potato Junkie, Stop It Your Killing Me, Unbeliver, Stories and Going Nowhere and you’ve got a pretty special set. There was even a spot of Judas Priests Breaking the Law. Music really is the best medicine.
