Big step up tonight. Can The Slow Readers Club bring the Apollo to its knees the way they have with every other Manchester venue they’ve conquered?... HELL YES!! This band are on fire and the Apollo went insane! Granted it was a bit weird at first seeing them in a venue this size and they took a song or two to get used to the size of the stage, but when they did... it was like they realised the gloves were off, they could let loose and take the sold out crowd with them. This band are special and tonight proved that this club are worthy of promotion.
