Prince, Manchester Arena. 16th May 2014

Well the little purple bloke was bloody good! His name is Prince and he certainly was funky. To be fair, I think he lost the Arena audience with a middle set of new tunes and jams, but front loading with the hits and finishing with the same sounded amazing! Some really cool stuff, a stripped back Beautiful Ones with just the piano, Afro and that voice sounded spectacular... and if I look that good and can move like that at 55, I'll be a very happy man.
