So a year ago, some (and I’m playing this down a bit) fuckwit, detonated a bomb in Manchester, tonight we gathered again in memory of those lost. A few songs in my review was simple, cut to the chase... James... Flawless. That’s doing this gig a disservice though. Tonight was a celebration, from a secret Slow Readers Club acoustic set to the improv orchestral jam session from James, that then made way for for a full on, arms aloft, singing our hearts out triumphant party. When Tim sings “Nothing but love” every soul was with him, this is what live music should be, can be and tonight... transcended. #onelovemanchester
